Palaba Service Agreements

Palaba no longer uses a second, overlapping public subscription agreement.

• Self-service business and professional customers use the Palaba Business SaaS Terms.
• A self-service customer for which Palaba processes personal data on its behalf also uses the Self-Serve Business Data Processing Addendum.
• Publishers and other enterprise customers use a master services agreement, Order Form, DPA, security exhibit, and service-level terms signed with Parsonos Corporation.

If an older page or communication linked here, the applicable agreement is the one affirmatively presented and accepted for the relevant account or order. This page does not retroactively replace an already signed agreement.
